Harold C. Smith, 71, of Plano, IL passed away on Wednesday, September 22, 2004. Best known throughout the Chicago area for his successful family hog roasting business he will be greatly missed by his entire family who will strive to continue that legacy. Visitation is from 2 until 6 p.m. Sunday, September 26, 2004 at Turner Funeral Home, Plano 630-552-3022. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 27, 10:30 a.m. at the United Methodist Church of Plano. Memorials may be directed to the elevator fund at the United Methodist Church.
