I recently was walking my small dog in the park near my home. I always keep her on a leash. All of a sudden, three large dogs off their leashes came running, growling and barking at me and my small dog. This is unacceptable. Dog owners should know better than to let their large dogs run in a park unleashed. The City of Chicago needs to ticket irresponsible dog owners for not keeping their dogs on the leash.
