Betty “Bronia” Federman, nee Abramowicz, age 82, Holocaust Survivor, beloved wife of the late Rubien; loving mother of Sarah (Max) Neiman and Joseph (Debra) Federman; cherished grandmother of David (Jamie) and Joshua Neiman, Anne, Melissa and Michael Federman; loving sister of the late Mania Drelich; and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Betty worked for many years at Vienna Sausage and North Shore Bakery. Her energetic, kind, loving and generous spirit found expression in her charitable work for Leukemia Research, ORT, Workmen Circle, Washington D.C. and Illinois Holocaust Museums, Sherith Apleta and the Northwest Home for the Aged. Service Monday, 10 a.m., at the Weinstein Family Services, Wilmette Chapel, 111 Skokie Blvd., (one blk north of Old Orchard). Interment Westlawn Cemetery, Chicago.
