I find it interesting that your headline writers must have polled all the members of the United Nations in order to determine that the UN was “skeptical” of President Bush in his address (“Bush to skeptical UN: War rid Iraq of `outlaw’; He renews call to help Baghdad,” Page 1, Sept. 22).
How did the Tribune determine that the headline was factual in basis?
Would not a more accurate headline have been: “Bush to UN: War rid Iraq of `outlaw'”?
