Spike TV wants to ruin everything.
The cable channel has ordered two new reality shows that feature destruction and more destruction.
“Boom”–from the creators of “American Chopper”–is “shot in high def, and it features five demolition experts who unite and take on a weekly assignment of blowing [bleep] up,” Dario Spina, Spike TV’s VP of marketing and promotion, told The Hollywood Reporter.
Spike also picked up “Carpocalypse,” in which teams of mechanics prepare vehicles for strange events including automotive soccer and school bus figure-eight racing.
Both series are set to premiere early next year.
