Czeslawa “Tessie” Danilowski, beloved sister, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, was born in 1923 in Poland to Bruno and Stefania Zastocki. In 1946 she married Jozef Danilowski in Poland. In 1967 she immigrated to Chicago and has lived in Texas and Chicago from 1967 to 2004. She passed away Sept. 22, 2004 and was buried in St. Adalbert Cemetery in Niles on Sept. 27, 2004. The Bishop of St. Hyacinth Basilica celebrated the Mass. Her survivors include three sisters, two who live in the U.S. and one in Poland; she has two daughters and sons-in-law; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren, all from Texas. Funeral services were held at Skaja Stanley Funeral Home.
