Siegfried Kahn, age 72, of Peotone, passed away September 27, 2004. He was the loving son of Gertrude Kahn of Lincolnwood, IL, and the late Herman Kahn; kind and beloved father of Howard Kahn of Chicago, Julie (Dennis) Boughton of Oak Park and Jeff (Dirma) Kahn of Chicago; adoring grandfather of Matthew, Max, Grace and Solana; brother of Manfred Kahn of Los Angeles, CA; devoted companion of Angelina Golik of Peotone; formerly married to Ellen Kahn of Homewood. For over 50 years, Siggy was a dairy cattle dealer in Peotone and was a longtime member of Congregation Beth Shalom in Park Forest. Memorial service will be conducted by Rabbi Ellen Dreyfus at Lain-Sullivan Funeral Home, 50 Westwood Dr., Park Forest (708) 747-3700 on Wednesday, September 29, at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Siggy’s memory to the Ark, 6450 N.
