A local Caribbean organization is throwing parties to raise money for disaster relief in Haiti, Grenada and other islands devastated by recent storms. Chicago Carifete will hold a party at 9 p.m. Thursday at Wild Hare on North Clark Street to benefit Haitians. An Oct. 15 party at Club Reunion on West Lake
