The Sept. 11, 2001, attacks on the U.S. will not only go down in world history books, they will be noted in the second edition of the Encarta Webster’s Dictionary of the English Language to be released in New York next week. Patriot Act, 9/11 and international words such as Al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden are some new entries.
