Buffalo Sabres forward Adam Mair was arrested after a bar fight early Tuesday in Hamilton, Ontario. Sgt. Carol Pacey said Mair, 25, had been charged with the least serious form of assault. He was released without a bail hearing and will have to abide by conditions of good behavior until the case is resolved in court. Mair usually would be taking part in training camp now, but the NHL season has been delayed because of a lockout.
