For me, Week 5 has always been a magical time of year.
It’s a little more than Week 4 and yet not quite Week 6. It’s 5.

BEARS (1-3) at Bye Week
Things you should know: The Bears can’t afford to look ahead to the Redskins next week, although you can’t blame them. The team is 10-5 after a bye week. And while this matchup won’t be televised, Bears coaches can expect to pad their special teams’ NFL-leading 14.3 yard-per-return average. As usual, the perpetually quirky bye week refused to speak with reporters leading up to the game.
