Eminem has “8 Mile.” Now it’s 50 Cent’s turn to be a movie star. The rapper will star in “Locked and Loaded” in a story that mirrors his own experience growing up in New York, Variety reports–he’ll play a drug dealer who turns to hip-hop to beat the streets. The film is scheduled to begin filming early next year and could feature Dr. Dre and Eminem as well. Terence Winter, one of the writers of “The Sopranos,” has been asked to write the script.
