The reason I am writing this letter is because of something my company did in regard to the flu shot shortage. My company put together flu prevention kits, which included the following:
Tissues, antibacterial wipes, hand sanitizer and a flyer that described the ways to prevent the spread of the flu.
Harry, the owner of the company, went as far as letting people have extra sick days off with a doctor’s excuse.
Everyone in the company was very appreciative of the prevention kits and we are hoping to prevent the spread of illness in our office.
Here we have someone who took the time and supplied the money to make sure that all his employees are taken care of.
And I really think this is something that should be recognized.
Maybe if everyone gets together and does something like this, we could have a healthier winter and flu season this year.
