I read with amusement Dusty Baker’s comments about the hiring of Bob Brenly as broadcaster for the Cubs (Sports, Nov. 9). He said, “He’s a good broadcaster, a good baseball guy and he’s honest. He’ll do a great job.”
Brenly better watch it. The Cubs don’t take well to honesty. Just ask Steve Stone.
