The world’s most famous groundhog was drawn into a Capitol Hill fight Tuesday as officials defended $100,000 in funding for a Pennsylvania weather museum. Punxsutawney Phil, the groundhog who forecasts winter’s longevity, was yanked from hibernation to promote the Punxsutawney Weather Discovery Center–and its government grant.
