People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals spared no feelings in naming fur-sporting celebrities to its “worst dressed” list for 2004.
PETA got personal when they ripped former ally Cindy Crawford, who finished second on the list: “With that big furry mole on her face, you’d think she’d be more sensitive to the plight of animals.”
For No. 3 Jennifer Lopez, the activists wrote, “The lives of the animals she wears are like her relationships: short and painful.”
PETA designated Star Jones, who wore fur to her wedding, as the worst-dressed celebrity. It’s Jones’ fourth-straight year on the list.
