Margaret “Peg” E. Collins, age 51, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 9, 2004 at her home. She was a longtime resident of Waukegan, loving mother of Justin Michael Bolotnik of Phoenix, AZ and Courtney James Bolotnik of Waukegan, IL; fond sister of Susan Collins, Jeanie Juvancic, Julia Saltz, James Collins, Patrick Collins and Terrence Collins; preceded in death by her parents, James Collins and Gloria Collins of Oak Park, IL. A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Cancer Society in memory of Peg Collins.
