Kristin Cartwright scored all 16 of her points in the first half, leading No. 19 Lake Forest to a 62-34 victory over Grayslake.

Twelve players scored for the Scouts (11-1), who led 21-8 after the first quarter and coasted into halftime with a 34-13 advantage. It was Lake Forest’s first game since suffering its first loss of the season Saturday night against Warren.

Kara Ming scored eight of her 12 points in the second half for Grayslake.

No. 7 Warren 52, Niles North 19: Alexandra Leach scored 16 to pace the host Blue Devils (10-0).

No. 9 Carmel 57, Deerfield 16: Jenny Eckhart scored 14 points and Teresa Ogrinc added 10 as the Corsairs (9-2) bolted to a 15-0 lead and held Deerfield to two first-half points. Cali Gustufson scored nine points for the Warriors.
