Hockey Canada voted not to allow NHL players to compete in the Allan Cup playoffs, the Winnipeg Sun reported. The Canadian Senior AAA Hockey Championships will be April 19-24 in Saskatoon. Former Panthers goalkeeper Trevor Kidd agreed to play for the Grunthal Red Wings in the tournament.
