At age 119, Arbelia Wood may be the oldest living person in the world–but she can’t prove it. There is no official documentation of her birth, and the Clinton Township, Mich., woman has never had a driver’s license. The only known tangible evidence is the inscription of her birth date in a family Bible that is older than Wood.
