The collaborative multimedia group Random Touch tosses categories out the window. The result is a dreamy, hypnotic, otherworldly sort of music that seems to float on the verge of cohesion and collapse.
The group will feature the interplay of music and video in a performance at 8 p.m. Saturday in the Secondspace Theatre in Elgin Community College’s Visual and Performing Arts Center, 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin.
Tickets for the Random Touch performance are $10 for older adults and $5 for students and those younger than 30. For more information, call 847-622-0300.
