Pauline Samek, nee Geigner, age 86, passed away on January 4, 2005, at Kindred Hospital in Tampa, FL. She and her husband Charles Sr. retired to Tampa in 1982 from Oak Lawn, IL. She is survived by her husband Charles Sr.; her son Charles (Debbie Doerr) Samek Jr. and her daughter Marilyn (Art) Benes; her grandchildren Tracie and Sheryl Benes. Pauline and her husband operated Charlie’s Food Mart at 31st and Harding in Chicago for 18 years, through 1965.
