For many years now, notably after the last two national elections, it has been suggested that we need to re-examine the whole voting process. Too many of our citizens have, in effect, lost their vote. Also for many years, we put this issue on the back burner for another time. I would hope that time is now. How much longer do we skirt this issue? Let us address it while it is still fresh in our minds and our experience.
