Chicago: Arctic air is back! The most extensive sunshine to date this month, although high and mid-level cloudiness arrives this afternoon and begins filtering the sunlight. Moderate NW winds 10-14 m.p.h. limit windchills to 0 to -10(degrees). Increasing cloudiness, frigid temps Friday night. Lows: -3 to single digits lakeshore.
