When Heiji Choy opened shop in September, she decided to import valuable lessons from her native New York: Bring something new to the marketplace and create a stimulating space to spotlight fashion interacting with modern design, furniture and art. The result? Hejfina, a happening Wicker Park boutique that offers a range of hard-to-find designers like Grey Ant and Unis as well as an impressive array of local artists and furniture designers. The stylish Choy is most accommodating. She will dress you to the nines and schlep photos, oils and/or wrought-iron daybeds to your home for inspection.
