Chicago: At least there will be partly sunny skies as Chicagoans dig out of and navigate drifts and mounds of snow piled as a result of the foot-plus snowfall over the area yesterday. Winds will be lighter at 8 to 15 m.p.h. out of the WSW. Tonight under fair skies temps will drop into the teens.
