James Jay Siska, 76, of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, passed away Friday, Jan. 21, 2005. He was born March 29, 1928 in Chicago, to the late Frank Joseph Siska and the late Blanche Vsetescka Siska. He was retired from Bankers Life & Casualty and Sears Roebuck & Company. He was a volunteer in Kiwanis and Boy Scouts and a Veteran of the United States Army. He is survived by wife, Shirley; two sons; five grandchildren; and a sister. Interment is in Hot Springs Village.
