Stephen S. Epstein, age 63, of Rochester, MN, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005. Stephen was a former prominent real-estate broker in Chicago. Private Interment will be in Florida. A memorial service will be held on Feb. 13, 2005 at 2 p.m. at B’nai Israel Synagogue in Rochester. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to B’nai Israel Synagogue or Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, Seattle.
