The ECHL suspended the Salmon Kings’ Dale Purinton indefinitely for fighting. Purinton, who racked up 578 penalty minutes in 181 NHL games with the Rangers, refused to stop fighting and pulling the hair of Fresno’s Clint Cabana on Wednesday. “There are ways to be tough and ways not to be tough,” Victoria coach Bryan Maxwell said.
