The Village Board has approved final plans for the redevelopment of about 10 acres on Illinois Highway 53 just south of Rockhurst Road, site of a vacant car dealership.
The project, called Plaza Santo Domingo by Trinidad Development, will have 19 houses, 18 town homes and one commercial lot. The houses are expected to range in price from $350,000 to $450,000 and the townhouses, from $205,000 to $225,000.
