If you’re Britney Spears, check “no” to most everything on the “medical history” portion and get on with the tour.
Oops. Seemed she forgot to mention a past knee surgery. So when Spears canceled part of her 2004 tour because of a knee injury, the insurance companies balked.
Now she’s suing the insurers for refusing to pay the nearly $10 million in costs for the canceled tour, according to the “Celebrity Justice” Web site, which posted a copy of the lawsuit. The omission, she claims, was a simple mistake.
