The abysmal box office of the Atari game-based flick “Alone in The Dark” isn’t stopping Xbox manufacturer Microsoft from developing a film based on its own hit game Halo.
Variety.com reports that Microsoft is closing in on a deal with screenwriter Alex Garland (“28 Days Later”) to adapt the epic shooter for the big screen. No details yet, but buzz is already building on gamer Web sites.
