Chicago: A hazy low overcast with a steady light rain much of the day. Highest temperatures in the morning, then winds shift northeast and readings fall into the mid 30s in the afternoon. Light rain or drizzle continues overnight, becoming mixed with or changing to wet snow after midnight.
