A recent column by Dennis Byrne (“Media’s Top 10 whopper list,” Commentary, Jan. 3) attacked “junk science.”
According to Byrne, it is ridiculous to believe that certain products cause cancer, or that global warming is a reality, etc. But, when he finds a link between abortion and cancer (“Exposing the truth about link between abortion and cancer,” Commentary, Jan. 31), especially when it happens in a liberal county in a liberal state, he forgets all his own rhetoric about junk science.
