Ann Marie Uslabar, nee Koch, 88, former longtime employee of Beckley-Cardy School Supplies Company and Advocate Christ Health Care Center, passed away after a brief illness February 5, 2005. Beloved wife for 65 years to Anthony; loving mother of Kenneth M. (Vicki) of Neenah, WI, and the late Frank; grandmother of K. Sean (Lisa), Steven (Kathy Jo), Kirk (Julie) and Heather; great-grandmother of Henry, Ethan, Brendon, Jamie, Lindsey and Jack; fond aunt of Mary; special friend to many. Memorial service Saturday, Feb. 12, 1 p.m. at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 85th and Kedvale, Chicago, IL. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
