I actually watch Buster’s show on PBS with my 3-year-old daughter and think we might have switched sexual orientation too! Watch out for the next Jerry Springer show “Mother and daughter turned lesbian after watching a local educational channel.”
I absolutely loved your column on “Who knew TV-G stood for gay?” (Feb. 1 Jimmy Greenfield column.) I was cracking up at work when I read the part that said, “My sexual orientation switched back and forth all day long.”
I’m a mother of two and I get really annoyed with all the gay accusation on little old SpongeBob. My son gets so mad every time he hears something about it in the news or sees it in the paper. I’m really pissed because my son had no clue what the word gay meant and now is curious to know what it is because that’s all he keeps hearing on TV. … OMG, he might be gay by now!
