Trustees in Schaumburg approved a permit Tuesday for a comedy club to operate in the Streets of Woodfield Shopping Center on Martingale Road.
The Chicago Comedy Company will use a 3,200-square-foot space for comedy shows and workshops aimed at teens and adults. All shows and workshops will carry a strong anti-drug and anti-alcohol message. Profanity and smoking will not be allowed.
