Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

How long have you owned it?

“We’ve had it for going on four years now. It was in good condition, it was a clean car. It had 100,000 miles on it.”

How much money have you put into it?

“On average, about $10,000 a year.”

Feature you’re most proud of:

“It would probably be the mechanical aspect of the car. [It has a] completely race-built motor–no one’s built a motor like this in this particular model.”

How often do you drive it? Ever put it in shows?

“In and out. I don’t get to drive it as much as I’d like to, but we do get to drive it somewhat. … The car will be seen at 15 shows. We do drifting [races] also, (the art of controlling a slide).”

Do you own another vehicle?

“A 2005 Nissan Titan; my wife has a 2004 Saab 94-Arrow.”

If you could trade up to another car, what would it be?

“I really don’t have a dream vehicle. There isn’t something I have to have or want to have. I think we have our dream car.”

Where do you do your research? What are your favorite sources for parts, gear, bodywork, etc.?

“There’s three books that I’ve purchased since the time we’ve been in business. ‘Race Car Engineering and Mechanics,’ ‘Maximum Boost’ and ‘How to Build, Modify and Power Tune Cylinder Heads.’ [They] cover everything in our industry that we do.”
