Hattie Arkin, nee Brownstein, age 95, of Tampa, FL, formerly of Chicago, died Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2005, beloved wife of the late Benjamin Arkin and Max Rich; loving mother of Jerome (Betty) and Stuart; adored grandmother of Steven, Jordana, Dawn and the late Deborah and cherished great-grandmother of six; devoted sister of Ida Weiss and the late Florence Lerner, Lillian Turofsky and Phil Brownstein; dear aunt of many nieces and nephews. Accomplished pianist and past president of Women’s Albany Park B’nai Brith. Private services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
