Jerilynn Levine, age 69, passed Jan. 31, 2005. Born in Brooklyn, New York, she relocated to the Chicago area where she lived for 40 years. She worked in the health care field as a counselor. Ms. Levine recently relocated to Sarasota, Florida. She is survived by her children Bart (Sally Hurd), Todd, Peter and Stefani. Grandmother to Grace, Miles, Haley, Madison and Ivy. Aunt of five and adored friend of many. A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
