Peter J. O’Malley, of Inverness, IL, died Feb. 10 after a yearlong battle with a neurological disease. He was born on Oct. 14, 1934 in Manhattan, NY. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his devoted wife of 46 years, Maureen; his daughter, Jeanne and her husband, Scott; his son, Kevin and his wife, Candyce; his son, Stephen; his son, Gerry and his wife, Claudine; his four grandchildren, Ryan, Faith, Tia and Patrick; and his brother, Francis and family of West Islip, NY. A Memorial Service will be held in honor of Peter at Holy Family Church, 2515 W. Palatine Rd., Inverness, IL 60067, Monday, Feb. 14 at 9:30 a.m. 847-359-0042.
