Edith Caplan, nee Stolet, age 82. Daughter of the late Goldie and Nathan Stolet; beloved wife of the late Jack Zollman and Rudi Caplan; mother of Judy (Marty Glick) Zollman and the late David (Pat) Zollman; grandmother of Michele and Ari Glick and Jessica Zollman; sister of Esther (Art) Rubenstein and the late Ben (Rose) Stoller and Irving (Jean) Stolet; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and their families: Sue (Dave) Northrup, Jim (Susan Lieberman) Stoller, Walter (Sheryl) Stoller, Joyce Stoller, Jeff (Kumiko) Stolet and Howard (Laurie) Rubenstein. Former member of ORT, Na’amat, Hadassah and Pioneer Women. Taught and participated in hearing classes at North Shore Senior Center. She will be remembered for her love of music, theater, mai jong, needlepoint, reading, sweets and chocolate. Edith had a warm sense of humor that will be missed by all who knew her. Services Thursday 10 a.m. at The Piser Chapel, 9200 N. Skokie Blvd. (at Church Street), Skokie. Interment Menorah Gardens.
