La Toya Jackson is attempting a comeback. “Startin’ Over” will be released in late May, pushed back from a fall release, billboard.com reports. Her return to the spotlight began last summer with the release of “Just Wanna Dance” under the pseudonym Toy, which reached No. 13 on Billboard’s dance chart.
