Fred L. Forte, age 93, U.S. Army Veteran of WWII, late of Chicago, passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2005, cherished husband of the late Mary Anne, nee Mraz; loving father of Fred J. (Suzanne) Forte and Darlene Forte; devoted brother of Emma Clark; preceded in death by 14 siblings; beloved grandfather of Robert, Stephen and Michael Forte; dearest great-grandfather of seven.
