Shirley A. Fisher, nee Engel, age 68, of Crown Point, formerly of Oak Lawn, IL, passed away Saturday, February 19, 2005. Survivors: two sons, William (Connie) Engel of Darien, IL and Eric (Lisa) Engel of Crown Point; four granddaughters, Jessica and Emily Engel, Casey and Amy Engel, two brothers, Paul (Lois) Eggert of Canada and Art (Carol) Eggert of Indianapolis, IN, two sisters, Charlotte (George) Floresch of Florida and Jeanette (Garry) Ross of Brownsburgh, IN. Preceded in death by husband William Fisher. Friends may call at the Pruzin & Litle Funeral Service, 811 E. Franciscan Dr. (on State Road 55, south of State Road 231) Crown Point on Tuesday, 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, February 23, 2005 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 250 S. Indiana Ave., Crown Point, with Rev. Mark Press officiating. At rest, St. Paul Cemetery, Kouts, IN. Visitation a half hour prior to the service Wednesday. Mrs. Fisher was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church and was an employee of the United Consumers Club, Merrillville.
