James Tsoulos, age 49, Pastor of St. George Greek Orthodox Church in DeKalb and Director of the Chaplaincy Department at Statesville Correctional Institution, beloved husband of Presbytera Mary Tsoulos, nee Paul; loving father of William and Mark Tsoulos; devoted son of the late John and Joy Tsoulos; brother-in-law of Harriet (Dr. Chris) Kyros and John Paul; fond uncle of Thomas Kyros; cherished nephew of Katherine Tsoulos. Lying in state Monday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 893 Church Rd., Elmhurst. Family and friends will meet Tuesday morning at the church for the Orthos Service and Divine Liturgy beginning at 9 a.m., with the Funeral Service to follow at 11:30 a.m. Interment Elmwood Cemetery.
