Reading about the young boy Christopher Pittman who just was just tried, convicted and sentenced to 30 years in jail for killing his grandparents when he was just 12 years old (News, Feb. 16).
It’s amazing how our government always tries to have it both ways.
It prosecutes a clinically depressed 12-year-old as an adult but yet, if he was a victim of a crime, he would be just an innocent little boy who had no choice.
Only in America.
