Clair “Russ” Zabel, age 91. Beloved husband of the late Loretta E.; loving father of Alfred (Maria), Jerry (Sandra) and Bruce (Susan); dear grandfather of six; and four great-grandchildren. He owned and operated Russ Zabel Starters and Generators in Chicago, for 40 years. He was a 60 year Mason, a life member of the Tryune Masonic Lodge, a 50 year member of the Scottish Rite, and the Medinah Temple in Chicago, IL. Visitation will be held Saturday, 2 to 9 p.m. at Norris Funeral Home, 100 S. Third St., St. Charles, IL 60174. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Geneva.
