Hoffman, age 65, passed away at his home on Lake of Egypt on Feb. 23, 2005 at 1:05 a.m. Devoted husband of Irene, nee Stulga; loving father of Dawn (Marty) Wisniewski, Donna Ballweber, Cindy (Jim) Jonker, Sandy (Larry) Insko, Heather (Mark) Zagorac and Fred (Colleen) Beckt; proud grandfather of Kyle, Kelly, Nicole, Eddie, Emma, Emily, Amanda, Isaac, Jacob, Alex, Sammy and Gina; dear brother of Suzanne Hoffman and Sally Nichols; devoted son of the late Herbert and Virginia Hoffman.
