Doris J. Steffes, 50, of Chicago, died Thursday Feb. 17, 2005. Born Oct. 16, 1954 in Morris, IL. Daughter of the late Donald (Oct. 4, 2004) and Lois, nee Thorson, Steffes; survived by siblings, Joy (Tom) Brown of Chino Valley, AZ, Joan (Jim) Bunton of Morris, IL, Lori (Wendell) Kinman of Carrollton, KY and Donald Eric Steffes of Idyllwild, CA; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Preceded in death by brother Lonnie in 1957 and maternal and paternal grandparents. Services were held Wednesday. Memorials may be given to St. Mary’s Catholic Church Building Fund or donor’s choice.
